Technical Support

Technical Support ensures the CoffeeBean IAM Platform operates as specified during the Platform Deployment phase. This includes verifying that customer use cases are met and that our Service Level Agreement (SLA) is upheld. Additionally, Technical Support manages platform upgrades and resolves potential bugs.

Customer Success

The CoffeeBean IAM Platform delivers value across security, governance, compliance, audit, and IT cost reduction. Our Customer Success team works closely with customers to help them achieve their organizational goals. On a tactical level, this area manages contract renewals and facilitates technology upgrades to meet evolving customer demands.
